Request your Clubhouse Reservation

It is the policy of Dolphin Point to make the Club House facility available on a first come request basis to Unit Owners and Long Term Tenants. Some functions may not be approved if they exceed the reasonable capacity of the facility, are unsupervised, or if a function is not deemed in the best interest of Dolphin Point or for any other reason warranted by the Association.

The person requesting the Club House reservation is responsible for cleaning the facility upon completion of the reservation in order to have it available for the next function. The reservation holder agrees to pay $200.00 to the Association for any damage resulting to the Club House facility or for any missing items. The reservation holder agrees to supervise and chaperone the event during the time of usage and agrees to hold the Association harmless for any damages or injury. NO RESERVATION IS VALID UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE ASSOCIATION.
